About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Hybrid (Onsite & Remote) Patient Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care through innovative remote monitoring solutions. As a Patient Onboarding Specialist, you will conduct in-depth onboarding sessions for new patients, explaining the remote monitoring process and technology. You will be responsible for addressing any patient queries or concerns regarding remote monitoring, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and informed about the services provided. This position requires maintaining a high call volume daily, which is essential for effective patient engagement and onboarding. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with team leaders to provide outreach and engagement for onboarding patients. You will also be responsible for documenting calls according to established guidelines, ensuring that all patient interactions are recorded accurately for future reference. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth onboarding sessions for new patients, explaining the remote monitoring process and technology.
• Address any patient queries or concerns regarding remote monitoring.
• Maintain responsibility of high call volume position daily.
• Work collaboratively with team leaders to provide outreach and engagement for onboarding patients.
• Document calls according to established guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in patient care or onboarding, preferably in a primary care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and devices.
• Empathetic and patient centric.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Strong typing skills (50 WPM).
• Ability to sit and work from a computer and speak on the phone for long periods of time.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR).
