About the position

The Hybrid Outpatient Clinician at Arbour Counseling Services is responsible for delivering direct therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and allows clinicians to provide individual, group, family, and other therapy services while collaborating with various medical and community resources. The position is designed for licensed clinicians or master's level clinicians working towards licensure, focusing on providing compassionate care to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, and community resources.
• Manage own schedule and ensure timely record keeping.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related Mental Health field from an accredited college or university.
• Completion of an internship during the Master's program to obtain 45 credits.
• Required license eligibility with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Excellent time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• CANS Certification preferred (can be obtained after hiring if needed).
• Familiarity with support groups.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
