About the position

The Pricing and Packaging Product Manager will play a crucial role in developing pricing models that maximize revenue for a software intelligence platform used by enterprises. This mid-level position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align pricing and packaging strategies, as well as communicating these strategies effectively to both internal stakeholders and customers. The role focuses on enhancing user experience and addressing performance issues through innovative pricing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support training and empowerment on pricing related topics to audiences such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Post-Sales, and Partners.
• Help drive programs to advance our Sales tools.
• Facilitate training and empower audiences, including Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales teams, on pricing-related topics.
• Promote and inform both internal and external stakeholders about the key features and benefits of our pricing model.
• Bring a customer and user-centric thought process to cross-functional programs.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of product management experience or similar roles in an agile software development environment.
• Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product company.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capability to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and identify innovative pricing solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferably experienced with SaaS products, with additional value for having outbound product management experience.
• Ability to incorporate market and business insights into the product to provide unique value for customers and prospects, in line with company's goals and strategy.
