The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator position at Acrisure is an entry-level role focused on processing daily service requests while adhering to departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Process daily service requests while adhering to department policies and workflows.
  • Maintain excellence in document attaching and labeling.
  • Keep mail and activities current.
  • Distribute and/or attach electronic mail.
  • Order Loss Runs and WC Experience Modification Worksheets.
  • Pull MVRs and email them securely.
  • Check policies and renew them in EPIC, updating necessary fields.
  • Audit processing and follow up on claims.
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy in document labeling according to standards.
  • Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence.
  • Pull policies, endorsements, audits, and other documents from carrier websites and attach them to the appropriate activity code in EPIC.
  • Process Notice of Cancellation notices according to specific instructions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly in writing and speaking.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with EPIC Agency Management System (preferred but not required).
