About the position

The Training Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Long Beach, requiring in-office presence two days a week. The specialist will execute multiple training sessions daily for existing customers, ensuring they effectively utilize the company's suite of products. This role involves scheduling, facilitating, and completing necessary process steps for training, while maintaining a home office equipped with the required hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each project and schedule a training day for remote instruction on core products.
• Provide prompt responses to complete training at the earliest opportunity.
• Ensure customers have the knowledge to successfully utilize the suite of products, emphasizing platform usage and value.
• Maintain an accurate forecast of orders to be trained/activated for financial planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Training Coordinator, Director of Training, and Deployment & Support teams to address customer needs urgently.
• Communicate effectively and contribute to the improvement of the training process, including participant tracking and rescheduling.
• Stay informed on product changes to maintain expert-level knowledge of software tools.

Requirements

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in responses.
• Ability to learn and absorb new technologies and stay updated on product changes.
