About the position
The Hybrid Remote Software Training Specialist role at Lead Dog Recruiting involves executing multiple training sessions daily for existing customers. This position requires a blend of in-office and remote work, with two days in the Long Beach HQ and the rest from a home office. The specialist will be responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and completing training sessions on various software products, ensuring customers are equipped to utilize the tools effectively.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate each project and schedule a training day of remote instruction on core products.
- Provide prompt responses to complete training at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure customers have the knowledge required to successfully utilize the suite of products.
- Keep an accurate forecast of orders to be trained/activated for financial planning and reporting.
- Work closely with the Training Coordinator and Director, Training, to respond urgently to customer needs.
- Communicate effectively and participate in the improvement of the training process.
- Stay informed on product changes to maintain expert-level knowledge of software tools.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well organized and able to respond with a sense of urgency.
- Adept at learning new technologies and staying updated on changes.
