About the position

Classic Lincoln of Columbia is seeking a Hybrid Sales/Finance Manager to enhance the sales process and develop relationships with customers and employees. This role involves working closely with upper management and sales associates to meet business needs while providing training and support to the sales staff. The position offers opportunities for career growth and recognition for accomplishments.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with dedicated Lincoln employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
  • Create a memorable client experience for every customer that enters the store.
  • Occasionally attend offsite events to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage the new and used vehicle inventory, including dealer trades.
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
  • Manage all other aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, tracking gross logs, and RDR cars.
  • Oversee the Internet Lead Process.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least 12 months of F&I experience and 12 months of high-end retail experience.
  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of inventory control.
  • Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
  • Professional strong work ethic.
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
