About the position

Huddle Up supports the growth, development, and mental health of students. Technical innovation extends the high-quality nationwide network of providers, enabling them through peer-to-peer interactions, specialty support, and outcome-driven personalization. Huddle Up operates in all 50 states, serving nearly a thousand schools across diverse regions nationwide, and has successfully delivered over 1 million sessions in speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health, and school psychology. We provide both virtual and onsite support, ensuring that students receive quality and consistent care in the format that best meets district needs. Currently hiring for full-time, Hybrid, Onsite Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Marion, Ohio. We are also accepting Nationwide applications for the 24/25 school year!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech language pathology services in a K-12 setting for school-based children across the nation.
  • Collaborate with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to provide outstanding Speech Language Pathology services.
  • Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school-aged children.
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes.
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serving as a case manager or process coordinator.
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete Medicaid billing if necessary.

Requirements

  • Able to commit to 40 hours per week.
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence.
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency.
  • Full-time resident of the United States.
  • Consistent and reliable transportation is essential for punctual attendance.
  • At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting.
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with teletherapy or virtual service delivery.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes.
