About the position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | ABA Clinical Supervisor at Special Needs Network (SNN) plays a crucial role in providing both in-person and remote behavioral services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This position involves supervising clinical staff, developing tailored interventions, and ensuring high-quality care through a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility in service delivery. The BCBA will engage in direct supervision, crisis intervention, and parent training while also conducting assessments and data analysis remotely.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Behavior Consultants (BCs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in delivering ABA interventions.
- Address behavioral crises in-person to ensure client safety.
- Educate parents on strategies to support behavior change in the home environment.
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
- Analyze behavioral data to track progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) remotely to identify specific behavioral needs.
- Apply reinforcement techniques to promote positive behaviors in clients.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to maintain treatment fidelity and deliver high-quality interventions.
- Engage with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification is required.
- Previous experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, including clinical supervision, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with in-home ABA services is required.
- A Master's degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with skills in internet navigation for research and communication.
