About the position
The Sr. UI Designer will play a crucial role in leading the design efforts for a large healthcare client, focusing on creating and implementing conversational interfaces across various platforms such as voice, SMS, and messaging. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and improve the intuitiveness of IVR and chat dialogues. The designer will be responsible for user research, creating conversational flows, and ensuring that the designs align with the company's vision.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational interfaces for voice, SMS, and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to the design efforts for improving IVR and chat dialogues to be more intuitive and user-friendly.
- Create conversational flows, dialogues, and user journeys based on user research.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective UX interactions and attractive UI designs.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience as a UI Designer.
- Experience with Voice User Interface (VUI) design, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) design, chatbot design, and Speech UI design.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with speech tuning, prompt scripting, and NLP tuning.
- Experience with MS Office and Visio.
- Experience with Conversational UI design.
- Hands-on experience with Kore.
- Healthcare or Insurance background.
- Bachelor's Degree.
