Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class editing for brand content to showcase video capabilities.
• Help develop and shape the growing video team at BNY.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide creative input during project planning phases.
• Multi-task and manage multiple projects, acting with urgency and intention.
• Work alongside other creatives to facilitate a healthy and fun work environment.
• Develop conceptual presentations and treatments to amplify creative ideas and campaigns.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of production or postproduction experience at a creative agency or in-house team.
• Excellent video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Cinematography and audio production experience.
