Responsibilities
- Perform routine patient cleanings and scaling.
- Assist in updating and maintaining patient dental records, including periodontal charting and x-ray taking.
- Offer patients advice and information to maintain good dental health.
- Administer local anesthesia as needed.
Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and patient care.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and dental coding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
