As a Hygienist at UDA, you will be part of a team that goes above and beyond to ensure patient care. We are looking for individuals who possess passion, drive, and excitement to help us shape Oral Health Care delivery. In this role, you will perform licensed hygiene procedures, educate patients on their treatment and care, and build strong, lasting relationships with them. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with the administrative team to schedule appointments effectively. We have an immediate full-time opening for this position. Successful candidates will hold a current state license to practice dental hygiene and will be confident in educating patients about their unique oral health needs. Strong communication skills and a commitment to preventative care are essential. You will be expected to perform all hygiene clinical procedures, including adult and child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, sealants, and fluoride treatments. Additionally, maintaining annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training is required by law. Physical requirements include the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
