About the position

The Hyperscale Project Coordinator at E2 Optics is responsible for providing administrative oversight of project metrics, field personnel scheduling, assignments, project quality controls, and associated project/labor analytics requirements. This role supports Project Managers and Project Controls team members with regional site deliverables, project controls innovation, and general project management coordination duties, ensuring effective project execution and adherence to company values.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safe work practices and company/client worksite policies.
  • Promote E2 Core Values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture.
  • Attend project controls meetings to ensure incorporation of the latest project controls measures.
  • Support program/project managers and project controls with data collection, processing, analysis, and summarization.
  • Engage regional teams to identify areas of improvement in project controls.
  • Propose and assist in the development and implementation of efficient practices.
  • Create meeting plans, agendas, record minutes, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Provide reporting support to create, analyze, and maintain project forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Provide site observation reports and project quality assurance.
  • Support project managers with pre-project and post-project data analysis.
  • Address project controls issues with immediate resolution when necessary.
  • Assist project cost controls in tracking GMP expenses.
  • Support the P6 Master Scheduler in hours/cost analysis and data quality controls.
  • Drive project controls, quality, and management innovations.
  • Perform activities related to vendor and distributor invoices and quality control issues.
  • Integrate remote and local project controls scheduling duties with weekly coordination.
  • Oversee collection and maintenance of required project documents.
  • Implement, review, and improve project quality controls standards.
  • Provide project controls training, coaching, and development for personnel.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or construction industry.
  • 1-3 years of scheduling experience preferred (supervisory, management, or project level).
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor and communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and project controls.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with deadlines.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, coordination, and data analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Primavera P6.
