About the position

The I&C Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and commissioning of advanced control systems within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration of control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement complex control systems for a variety of applications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand and define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of control systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed design schematics and layouts.
  • Leverage expertise in electrical engineering to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve control system capabilities.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Experience in industrial process control or water/wastewater treatment is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting complex control systems.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in industrial process control or water/wastewater treatment is preferred.
