About the position

K&B Transportation is seeking experienced drivers to join their team, offering competitive pay and bonuses. The role involves driving loaded Freightliner Cascadias and ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods. Drivers can expect a minimum guaranteed pay and the potential to earn significantly more based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive loaded Freightliner Cascadias safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to various locations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• Minimum of 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
• Ability to operate a Freightliner Cascadia and other company vehicles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with refrigerated freight.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
