K&B Transportation is seeking experienced drivers to join their team, offering competitive pay and bonuses. The position provides a starting wage of 70 cents per mile (CPM) with a minimum weekly guarantee, along with opportunities to earn significantly more based on performance. Responsibilities
- Drive loaded Freightliner Cascadias safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and report any issues promptly.
- Ensure the truck is clean and well-maintained before and after trips.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately.
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
- Ability to operate a Freightliner Cascadia and other company vehicles.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with refrigerated freight.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
