About the position

Sincere is seeking an iOS app developer to join their expanding team, focusing on building high-quality applications for their brands, including Punchbowl, Timehop, and Memento. This role is crucial as the company experiences significant growth and a shift in customer engagement from web to mobile. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in iOS development, a passion for clean code, and a keen eye for user interface design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain iOS applications for various brands.
• Collaborate with team members through pull requests and code reviews.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to design principles and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Participate in the development of structured and maintainable code in Swift.
• Stay updated with the latest iOS tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of iOS app development experience.
• Demonstrated development experience with active apps on the Apple Store.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and user interfaces.
• Excellent understanding of RESTful web services.
• Working knowledge of UIKit APIs and Interface Builder features.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using SwiftUI or building user interfaces programmatically.
• Knowledge of functional and reactive programming styles using Combine or RxSwift.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Quick and Nimble.
• Familiarity with Github Actions, Fastlane, Firebase, and Cocoapods.
