About the position

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer with prior Walmart experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• Proficient in C#, SQL, Jenkins
• Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, different versions of iOS, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient with version control systems such as SVN
• Experience with SQLite database
