About the position

The iOS Developer plays a key role in developing industry-leading software solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development life cycle, which includes defining, developing, and testing both technical and architectural solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, allowing you to apply your existing knowledge to tackle new market challenges. You will utilize the latest technologies in the Microsoft stack to create dynamic, data-driven web applications. This position is situated within a highly collaborative environment, where you will work alongside other skilled software professionals. The focus will be on continuously improving code quality and execution. The role requires a proactive approach to keeping up with advancements and changes in technology, as well as developing an understanding of how new technologies can be leveraged to provide effective business solutions. You will be involved in projects that may include the development of new products and features, as well as the maintenance of existing software, all while adhering to agile practices in a collaborative and open environment. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also provide post-implementation support, which includes monitoring application performance and debugging existing code. You will be expected to participate in solution design to meet a wide range of business needs, and to analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements for development, creating design documents and technical specifications as necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on mobile application development (iOS or Android) experience.
• Web/API development in the .NET Framework (C#, VB, .NET Core).
• Strong relational database knowledge.
• Experience with SQL Server (Scripting, Indices, Views, Stored Procedures).
• Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.
• Strong analytical skills to determine effective approaches to business solutions.
• Understanding of best practices and methods to integrate applications within the organization and with external partners.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development life cycle, with exposure to agile or iterative approaches to delivery preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS, Windows/Web Services, and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
