Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven track record in the financial services industry, with deep knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and security protocols.
• Previous experience working in a fintech startup environment is required.
• Strong experience in designing and architecting complex iOS applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
