About the position

The iOS Developer will be responsible for building innovative features on the iOS native application that supports a customer-facing mobile platform. This role involves collaborating with team members and other departments to define technical solutions that ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and reusable systems. The developer will also mentor team members and lead efforts in agile practices to enhance project execution and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build innovative features on the iOS native application.
• Collaborate with team and matrix teams to define technical solutions.
• Ensure defect-free delivery of solutions with a focus on reusability, reliability, and quality.
• Work closely with technical architects and peers across IT.
• Lead a team working on iOS native applications to identify solutions to business needs.
• Mentor the agile team for on-time and on-budget execution.
• Manage production issue triage and release management support.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top industry talent for the team.
• Research and develop POCs for innovative customer interactions.
• Drive work using industry-leading agile practices.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in iOS development.
• Hands-on experience in Swift, Swift UI, and Objective C.
• Familiarity with design patterns such as MVP, MVC, MVVM.
• Experience with XCUITest and XCTest.
• Experience with Swift Packages and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of functional programming and reactive patterns using Combine.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in agile software development activities.
