About the position

The iOS Developer will lead a team focused on developing native iOS applications, utilizing their expertise in mobile development languages such as Swift and Kotlin. This role involves mentoring team members, managing production issues, and supporting release management while driving innovative solutions for customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile development and emerging technologies, as well as a strong understanding of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team working on iOS native applications by helping them identify solutions to business needs
• Mentor and help mature the agile team in on-time and on-budget execution, while delivering innovative and efficient solutions for customers
• Manage production issue triage and prevention as needed, and provide release management support from a technical standpoint
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top industry talent for the team
• Conduct research and development of POCs and innovative new ideas for customer interactions
• Drive work using industry-leading agile practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Swift, Kotlin, or other mobile development languages, with a willingness to work in Swift/iOS and Kotlin
• Experience in MR/VR and AR technologies
• Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Recommendation Systems, Audio Processing, and GenAI
• Knowledge of working in AWS/Azure is required
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology
• Ability to work well with others in a time-sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with visual design tools such as Figma
• Experience presenting to technical audiences

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency with languages such as Python and Java
• Familiarity with building and integrating with GenAI and Client models
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS and React
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
