About the position

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Monetization client team is responsible for delivering innovative ads products on TikTok, including content ads, new ads formats, vertical solutions, and creator monetization business accounts. This role involves working closely with the product team to build a platform that allows advertisers to promote their products effectively on TikTok while ensuring a seamless user experience. As a mobile software engineer, you will be tasked with developing ads products, optimizing performance, and ensuring stability across various monetization features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for passionate engineers who are eager to contribute to the growth and innovation of our monetization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement novel monetization features of our mobile application.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create a world-class ads experience.
• Analyze and optimize iOS applications for efficiency and performance.
• Promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and deliver high-quality work on a tight schedule.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors/experience.
• Strong object-oriented development and design skills.
• Experience in native iOS development.
• Proficiency in Objective-C or Swift.
• Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases.
• Good team communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion and experience building consumer-facing products is a huge plus.

• Experience with ads product development.
• Familiarity with cross-platform mobile development frameworks.
