About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee technology-related projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget. This role involves managing resources, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT project portfolio and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Define and execute project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor project budgets and provide financial reports on project status.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and effective resource utilization.
• Communicate project expectations and updates to team members and stakeholders continuously.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage the IT risk register.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated successful experience in IT project management, managing complex IT projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday).
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development life cycles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
