About the position

The ELIAS Automated Regression Testing Team is responsible for developing new tests to address any remaining coverage gaps, enhancing the efficiency of the current regression test suite, and executing and diagnosing any failures that may occur. This role involves creating repeatable, fully automated tests using the Tricentis TOSCA tool, ensuring that these tests operate without manual intervention. The team is also tasked with rapidly updating tests in response to changes in the application, thereby maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of the testing process. In addition to developing new tests, the team will create test coverage using risk-based testing techniques and maintain the existing TOSCA test suite. This includes developing additional validations for both new and existing tests to ensure comprehensive coverage and reliability. A thorough knowledge of automated functional regression testing, data-driven test development techniques, object recognition test validation, and lights-out unattended automation is essential. The team must also adhere to the frameworks and guidelines established by the QA Leads, ensuring consistency and quality in testing practices. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop creative solutions to challenges that arise during testing, contributing to the development of a repeatable automated test suite. Demonstrated proficiency in using third-party tools and system utilities is crucial, as is the ability to work effectively within a project team. Experience with Medicaid Eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations is also beneficial, along with knowledge and experience in deploying risk-based testing techniques and batch testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeatable fully automated tests using the Tricentis TOSCA tool that operate without manual intervention.

Requirements

• Experience developing automated test cases using TOSCA (5 years required).
• Thorough knowledge of automated functional regression testing, data-driven test development techniques, object recognition test validation (0 years required).
• Experience with lights-out unattended automation and following QA frameworks and guidelines (5 years required).
• Ability to transform business test cases into automated test coverage (5 years required).
• Ability to develop creative solutions to challenges that arise (5 years required).
• Ability to develop basic SQL queries for database validation (2 years required).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use third-party tools and system utilities (5 years required).
• Demonstrated high levels of interpersonal and communication skills (5 years required).
