This part-time position, requiring approximately 25 hours per week, is designed for an individual who is passionate about fostering connections within the Israeli-American community and enhancing the visibility of IAC's programs. The CEM will be responsible for organizing and managing various programs and events, representing the organization, and increasing awareness of IAC's mission and initiatives in the region. The CEM's primary responsibilities include implementing and assisting in the development of strategies to recruit participants for IAC's programs, particularly the Keshet and Eitanim programs. In addition to event management, the CEM will operate partnerships with external entities, handle ongoing operational issues related to IAC programs, and maintain communication with program participants, including parents. The role requires the creation and initiation of group events that encompass multiple locations within the region, as well as the coordination of cross-program events with other non-IAC organizations. A significant aspect of the CEM's role is to engage with the community through social media platforms, listening to supporters and participating in conversations to better understand the target audience. The CEM will manage the regional calendar, which includes important program events and other significant activities, and will be responsible for data management and reporting related to volunteers, members, and community engagement metrics. Representing IAC within assigned communities, the CEM will cultivate relationships and attend meetings with community organizations to enhance awareness of IAC's initiatives. Additionally, the CEM will establish a volunteer-supporting system to ensure an active and engaged group of volunteers and will develop relationships with Israeli-American Jewish organizations to facilitate program sharing.
