About the position

The IAM Analyst 1 is responsible for providing primary support services to internal users by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving user issues and work requests in accordance with service level agreements. This role involves addressing issues related to system access, hardware, application software, and basic network communication, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose user issues related to system access, hardware, and application software.
• Resolve work requests in accordance with service level agreements.
• Respond to technical support requests via telephone calls, email, and team member inquiries.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support or a related field.
• Knowledge of system access protocols and application software.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network communication issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with identity and access management systems.
• Experience with service desk software.
