The IAM & Application Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that the firm's Identity & Access Governance (IGA) platform aligns with the Americas Division's identity strategy. This position falls under the IAM Team Lead within the Cyber Security & Information Risk Team. The analyst will provide day-to-day support for various business and security applications, focusing on Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, provisioning and de-provisioning access, and maintaining detailed process documentation. Additionally, the role involves conducting periodic access recertifications and defining requirements for onboarding and integrating new and existing applications onto the IGA platform. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, as they will be responsible for enhancing the firm's processes. The analyst will report to the Head of Cyber Security of Capital Markets, with additional reporting lines to the regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the Americas Division and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Capital Markets.
