About the position

The IAM Architect role focuses on leading the design, implementation, and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, specifically Privileged Access Management (PAM). The position requires extensive experience in consulting and architecture, with a strong emphasis on guiding clients through their PAM strategy and deployment in medium to large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the IAM/PAM subject matter expert to guide customer PAM strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with customer and vendor technical teams to understand the current landscape and gather requirements for PAM implementation.
• Prepare enterprise PAM deployment and integration architecture and design.
• Lead the IAM/PAM implementation and integration team in environment setup, configuration, security, policies, deployment, and integration activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IAM/PAM consulting, architecture, design, implementations, and integrations.
• In-depth understanding of IAM/PAM use cases, features, processes, components, services, and dependencies.
• Experience leading IAM/PAM product consulting, architecture, design, deployment, and integration activities.
• Proficient in Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SQL, and Scripting for IAM/PAM integrations.
• Strong communication skills with team leadership ability and client-facing experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
• Understanding of Networking and DNS.
