About the position

The IAM Engineer will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role focuses on integrating IAM solutions with various systems and applications, developing IAM workflows, and managing roles within Entra ID. The position requires a strong background in IAM technologies, particularly Azure and SailPoint, and involves working in a hybrid environment in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Technical design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions using technologies such as On-Prem AD, Entra ID, and SailPoint.
• Integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
• Develop IAM Workflow solutions covering the lifecycle of Identities, Access Permissions, and Privileged Accounts.
• Develop and configure RBAC roles in Entra ID.
• Work experience in Entra ID B2B and External Entra ID (B2C).
• Configure JIT (Just in Time) for Entra ID role management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in IAM, focusing on Azure and SailPoint.
• Three or more years of experience with SailPoint or similar IGA tool, Identity provisioning, and certification modules.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• High level of English fluency in both written and verbal skills.
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, SSO, PIM, and MFA.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Familiarity with system integrations for Identity management tools using API.
• Proven ability and experience in engineering and administrating IAM workflow systems.
• Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.
• Excellent at performing multiple tasks simultaneously without errors.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to self-educate.
• High level of proficiency with O365/M365, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
