About The Position
The IAM Okta Security Architect position at DK Consulting involves a comprehensive role focused on the architecture, design, development, and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user onboarding workflows, provisioning ForgeRock web/J2EE policy plugins, and managing resource API development to expose core IAM functionalities. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM platforms, particularly with OKTA integration, and the ability to support onboarding of applications and platforms while ensuring seamless integration with Active Directory and other identity systems. In addition to technical responsibilities, the IAM Architect will provide IAM support to end-users, monitor IAM platform components, and ensure the integrity and security of IAM resources. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance IAM processes and systems. The role is 100% on-site at the State of Maryland's location in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and requires in-person interviews. Candidates should possess extensive experience in IAM solutions, particularly with ForgeRock, and demonstrate a strong background in cloud services, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS). The role also emphasizes the importance of scripting and automation skills to streamline IAM tasks and improve efficiency.
