IAM Project Manager - REMOTE

About the position

This role involves working closely with the program manager on Identity and Access Management, specifically focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Access Revalidation (AR) within a Global Cyber Security portfolio. The position requires performing both project management and business analyst duties, making it a dynamic opportunity in a fast-paced global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify onboarding needs independently in the Privileged Access Management and Access Revalidation space.
• Collaborate with engineers, application owners, program managers, and other analysts to ensure successful implementation of PAM and AR for applications in North America.
• Manage implementation timelines and milestones, tracking and reporting on project status.
• Apply project management principles, methodologies, and best practices effectively.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business needs.
• Assess, document, and communicate the impact of changes to key stakeholders and the business.
• Field questions from stakeholders at all levels regarding implementation outcomes.
• Work with key stakeholders, business, and IT post-implementation to resolve issues.
• Facilitate meetings for all phases of assigned projects using appropriate tools and technology.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reconciliation within reports and dashboards by identifying and resolving gaps and inconsistencies.
• Gather requirements, provide expertise, and execute plans to enhance business capability and support the global cyber security organization.
• Support coordination and communication to implement solutions to end-users, ensuring thorough understanding of user requirements and process documentation.
• Identify and eliminate risks to complex change implementation by planning user acceptance testing and coordinating users for accurate testing.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in Privileged Access Management and Access Revalidation.
• Experience in project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to assess and document requirements and communicate needs to the development team.
• Experience in facilitating meetings and managing project timelines.
