About the position

The IAM Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in a Fortune 100 global credit union by leveraging technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and strong analytical skills. This position involves eliciting, researching, analyzing, and documenting requirements while facilitating discussions and collaborating with vendors. The analyst will evaluate solutions, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities to contribute to the development of innovative products and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Elicit, research, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements using various techniques.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions and present requirements through alternative views, incorporating feedback into the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with vendors on the design, development, and delivery of new products and platforms.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions and processes as necessary.
  • Identify risks/issues and collaborate with the project/product team to mitigate them.
  • Provide timely and concise communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role.
  • Knowledge and experience with agile delivery methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of software/system engineering best practices.
  • Effective planning, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience with Financial Services industry applications, systems, standards, practices, and trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with technical systems such as ForgeRock, Ping, SiteMinder, RSA, etc.
  • Azure Kubernetes/Cloud experience preferred.
  • Experience with YubiKey and Hyper.
