About The Position

We are seeking an Access Manager to oversee access control systems and ensure the security and integrity of our organization's data. This role involves advanced computer systems analysis, coordinating planning and budgeting, and working with business partners to automate processes or improve existing systems. The Access Manager will also perform hands-on technical design, configuration, development, and troubleshooting of IAM solutions, particularly with Okta, while leading best practices and methodologies throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management tools and processes.
• 12+ years of experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIM/ISIM) or similar IAM software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze facts and propose solutions.
• Experience with 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and LDAP best practices.
• Experience in authentication, authorization, and securing access for applications and users.
• Experience in migrating users between directories.
• Experience in IAM design patterns and lifecycle management modules.
• Experience in user lifecycle management and integrating applications with IAM solutions.
• Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Okta solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RSA IAM, Oracle IdM, DatapoJava, JavaScript, or WebSphere.
• Project management skills and ability to establish project goals.
• Strong skills in analyzing complex legislation and operations issues related to IAM projects.
• Familiarity with LDAP browsers and similar tools.
• Security certifications.
• Experience in integrating Okta with Single Page Applications using JWT, OAuth, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies and containerized application deployments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee access control systems and ensure data security and integrity.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and analysis of user requirements and procedures.
• Automate processing or improve existing systems in collaboration with business partners.
• Perform business use case analysis and recommend solutions with Okta.
• Design, configure, develop, and troubleshoot IAM/Okta solutions.
• Automate Okta solution deployments for high-quality software delivery.
• Implement user onboarding and offboarding processes with seamless communication between directories and applications.
• Document data flow and deployment architecture diagrams for Okta integrations.
• Lead and ensure best practices are applied to design, deployment, and operations.
• Provide technical oversight and quality control throughout the implementation lifecycle.
