About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of a new planning system, o9, across end-to-end (E2E) planning. This position requires leveraging your expertise to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, tools, and ways of working throughout the organization. You will play a crucial role in removing barriers and influencing various levels and areas within the business to facilitate this transition. As a remote-based position, you will need to be available to visit our East Hanover, NJ office as required. Your responsibilities will include acting as a business owner for the respective functionality while supporting the North American functional lead in driving implementation activities. You will execute local system training, support the local change plan in collaboration with the change management team, and lead the training and upskilling of key users and end users. Additionally, you will perform gap fit analysis to align the global model with North America, lead and participate in tests and cutover, and co-create a planning tool adoption strategy across the planning function. Monitoring and supporting end-user adoption will be a key aspect of your role, as will defining a key user community that will drive deployment. You will also co-create strategies to sustain new planning capabilities after the program's completion and transition to business as usual. As a key member of the new planning tool governance, you will partner with other functions on enterprise planning process design and participate in various workshops, steering committees, and design sessions. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in IBP (Integrated Business Process), Demand, and Supply Planning
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise management tools (SAP, S4, APO, APS, O9, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain optimization
  • Strong experience in Planning
  • Affinity with systems and system implementations
  • Strong change management experience
  • Training and adoption experience
  • Ability to think 'outside the box' and introduce new capabilities
