The IBP Implementation Manager will drive the implementation of the new planning system o9 across end-to-end (E2E) planning. A core element of this role is leveraging the candidate's expertise to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working, and tools across the business. This includes removing barriers and influencing various levels and areas of the organization to achieve successful outcomes. The role is primarily remote but will require the ability to travel to the East Hanover, NJ office as needed. As a business owner for the respective functionality, the IBP Implementation Manager will support the North American functional lead in driving implementation activities. This includes executing local system training, supporting the local change plan in collaboration with the change management team, and leading the training and upskilling of key users and end users. The manager will perform gap fit analysis to align the global model with North America, lead and participate in tests and cutover activities, and co-create a planning tool adoption strategy across the planning function. Monitoring and supporting end-user adoption will be crucial, as will defining a key user community that will drive deployment. The IBP Implementation Manager will also co-create strategies to sustain new planning capabilities after the program's completion and transition to business as usual. As a key member of the new planning tool governance, the manager will partner with other functions on enterprise planning process design and participate in various workshops, steering committees, and design sessions. The successful delivery of implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) will also be a responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business owner for the respective functionality while supporting NA functional Lead in driving implementation activities for North American Business.
  • Execute local system training and support local change plan working with the change management team.
  • Lead the training and upskilling of Key Users and End Users as a Train the Trainer lead.
  • Perform gap fit analysis aligning global model to North America.
  • Lead and participate in tests and cutover activities.
  • Co-create planning tool adoption strategy across Planning.
  • Monitor and support End User Adoption.
  • Define Key User Community that will drive deployment.
  • Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to Business as Usual.
  • Be a key member of new planning tool governance.
  • Partner with other functions on enterprise planning process design.
  • Participate in various workshops, steering committees, and design sessions.
  • Responsible for successful delivery of implementation of KPI's.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in IBP (Integrated Business Process), Demand, and Supply Planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise management tools (SAP, S4, APO, APS, O9, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong experience in Planning.
  • Affinity with systems and system implementations.
  • Strong change management experience.
  • Training and adoption experience.
  • Ability to think 'outside the box' and introduce new capabilities.
  • Agile and Growth mindset.
  • Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working.
