About the position

The position at Unilever focuses on supporting the development of the Super Premium innovation funnel for the Talenti and Magnum brands within the North America Ice Cream division. The role is designed for a creative marketer who is passionate about brands and food culture, with a strong emphasis on communication skills and attention to detail to ensure effective execution of brand strategies. The candidate will engage in market analysis, manage product transitions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Innovation Pipeline for Talenti and Magnum brands.
  • Partner with R&D and Innovation Planning to manage product and packaging transitions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Digital marketing teams for market execution.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Talenti gelatos and novelties.
  • Manage the artwork process for innovations and renovations.
  • Oversee updates for the Talenti website and maintain online experience.
  • Manage weekly feedback from quality and consumer engagement teams.
  • Own the budget for Talenti and Magnum Innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity and excitement to learn about the Ice Cream category.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in consumer goods marketing.
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools like IRI and Numerator.
