We currently have an entry level opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Graduate to work with our Information Communication Technology (ICT) Group. Responsibilities

• Enrolling in the firmwide EDT program.
• Attending continuing education seminars on technical or professional enhancing topics.
• Conducting field inspections to determine existing conditions and coordinating new work and assisting Senior team members in preparation of due diligence, feasibility, gap analysis and other technical reports and drawings.
• Coordinating with other disciplines and working in close contact with the entire design team.
• Creating basic designs under the direction of the senior team members, performing CAD/BIM drafting, equipment selections, systems calculations for a variety of projects and project sizes to begin to understand architectural engineering design and documentation.
• Beginning to be cross trained in multidisciplinary designs and supporting design production of drawings, calculations, research, reports, analysis, and specification.
• Having a basic understanding of network connectivity, LAN, WAN fundamentals and other ICT trades fundamentals.
• Having a basic understanding of Wi-Fi infrastructure, WAPs, controllers. Learning and mastering drawing organization and company standards.
• Supporting the design and engineering efforts of systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement and system upgrades for a wide variety of projects and project types.
• Taking ownership of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the work assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a graduation date of Winter 2023, Spring or Summer of 2024.
• Previous engineering internship, a plus.
• Knowledge in the latest version of MEP Auto CAD; REVIT experience is a plus.
• Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.
