About The Position
The Director of Lake Grove Swim Park is responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of the programs and activities at the swim park, which is a component unit of the Lake Oswego School District. This seasonal position runs from June 2025 to August 2025, with a salary of $11,546 for the season, broken down into $3,782 for June and $3,822 for each month of July and August. The park typically opens to the public on the first Saturday in June after the school year ends and closes at the end of the last Sunday in August before the return of teaching staff.
