About The Position

The IDD Program Specialist at Devereux/TCV Community Services is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting routine documentation and reviewing individual support plans, ensuring compliance with program regulations, and fostering the organization's mission of promoting individuality and independence among clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities OR Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• FBI, Child Abuse and State Criminal clearances.
• Valid PA Driver's License and 3-year driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Extensive knowledge of the 6400, 6100, and 2380 regulations and performance-based contracting.
• Understanding of funding sources and entitlement programs for people with disabilities.

• Conduct routine documentation and review of individual support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
