About the position

The IDD Program Specialist at Devereux/TCV Community Services is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting routine documentation, reviewing individual support plans, and ensuring compliance with program regulations. The specialist will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to foster growth, independence, and quality care for individuals with various diagnoses, including autism and other cognitive disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine documentation and review of individual support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Provide content aligned with the organization's mission and respond to program regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to support individuals in need.
• Foster the mission and values of quality care and service within the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, or a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid PA Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Extensive knowledge of the 6400, 6100, and 2380 regulations and performance-based contracting (preferred).
• Understanding of funding sources and entitlement programs for people with disabilities (preferred).
• FBI, Child Abuse, and State Criminal clearances.
