About the position

The Identity and Access Management Analyst role at GSK Solutions Inc. is focused on supporting the Identity Management, Active Directory, and SQL environments for the State of New Jersey. This hybrid position requires expertise in Identity and Access Management Infrastructure, with responsibilities including developing architecture plans, facilitating project implementation, and ensuring compliance with security controls.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with existing IAM environment and work with team members on resolving issues and recommending enhancements.
• Frequently meet with infrastructure and application teams to gather project requirements.
• Develop architecture plan for IAM environment and other integrated systems.
• Facilitate conversations with various teams during every phase of project implementation.
• Ensure project design and implementation follow defined guidelines by the organization.
• Develop disaster recovery plan for IAM environment.
• Oversee the build of the environment and validate it meets all security and compliance controls.
• Document system changes/enhancements and ensure information is distributed to team members.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management Infrastructure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, ADLDS, RACF, and other LDAP technologies.
• Proven experience in integrating various Directory Services to support single sign-on.
• Experience in Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SQL Server, and IIS.
• Proficient in programming in C#, .NET, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Now is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
