About the position
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager will oversee an IAM project for a client, ensuring effective management and delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong project management skills and prior experience in IAM projects, with a focus on team leadership and communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage an Identity and Access Management Project.
- Understand and apply IAM concepts effectively.
- Oversee project management involving IAM-related projects.
- Build and manage a project team and resources, ensuring direction towards project milestones.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, and key communication templates, managing communication effectively.
- Manage and oversee project delivery documents such as system requirements, design, implementation guides, and runbooks.
- Act as the single point of contact for the client regarding all aspects of project delivery and quality.
Requirements
- Prior IAM project management experience.
- Active PMP certification is a major plus.
- Knowledge of key IAM concepts such as Identity Lifecycle, Roles, SOD, workflow development, birthright access, and privilege access.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools, issue trackers, and budget management tools is essential.
- Ability to work in dynamic project teams with proactive facilitation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
