About The Position
We are searching for a candidate to join our Identity Application Integration Team, which is responsible for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, Active Directory, and custom user store integrations, enhancements, and maintenance. This role involves supporting existing platforms and helping to design and implement future access management solutions. The selected candidate will work as part of the existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team structure, focusing specifically on SSO service delivery for new applications and the migration of existing toolsets. The individual must be capable of working directly with internal and external development teams to design strategies for improving the end-user experience. Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role. The candidate will practice Extreme Ownership of the SSO/MFA services for a Fortune 100 financial firm, working closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements for implementing connections through legacy and new SSO & MFA solutions. Responsibilities include collecting and qualifying required artifacts, developing test plans, and leading application implementation efforts to guarantee success. The candidate will consult with stakeholders across business units when implementing access levels for new systems to ensure quality and accuracy. Regular or emergency maintenance and software upgrades will be required, along with preparing documentation for training and audit purposes. The individual will act as the primary contact and subject matter expert of federation and Single Sign-On.
