About the position

The Identity Management Program Manager for the Joint Activities at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of instructional materials related to identity management. This role involves evaluating team performance, interpreting policies, and providing guidance on organizational operations to support command requirements. The manager will also maintain the technical architecture of the command and brief staff on relevant technical programs and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Research trends and emerging capabilities to inform the development and maintenance of updated instructional material.
  • Evaluate teamwork performance on administrative matters.
  • Make recommendations for disciplinary actions, such as suspension or removal of members of the workforce.
  • Interpret department level and other higher headquarters policy for applicability and suitability to the command.
  • Provide guidance in the overall planning and programming of the command by analyzing existing organizational operations and processing capabilities.
  • Maintain the command's technical architecture to support command and subordinate unit operational requirements.
  • Brief staff and supervisors on the command's technical programs, including ongoing developmental efforts, trends, or applicable technologies and methods to support identity management.

Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience in facilitating the development and implementation of program operations, including program standards and data management methodologies.
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating educational programs in identity management to develop or update organizational policies.
  • Experience in managing workforce assignments and monitoring performance by effectively distributing tasks and overseeing the completion of work from subordinates.
  • Experience in collaborating with organizational supervisors on the development of operational plans to promote program development and integration of data systems.
