About the position

The Ascendancy Group's Mission is to be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) focused technical, service and training-based solutions. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all phases of IdM training and conduct force protection training
  • Assist in the development of a tailored IdM program to meet client requirements
  • Provide the command with draft policy, guidance and procedures, ensuring compliance with governing policy, guidance, and directives of IdM
  • Ensure the program remains relevant and focused on emerging commercial and government changes which present vulnerabilities exploitable by adversaries
  • Perform identity-related research
  • Develop and manage identity vulnerability assessments and due diligence reports
  • Utilize online data services, data aggregation and mining tools, open and closed data source sites, and data tools to perform analysis
  • Identify and analyze identity-related data and develop mitigation strategies
  • Provide analytic support to complete due diligence packets, identity profile maintenance, and identity assessments
  • Provide technical support to IdM programs, plans, capabilities and process development to include research, analysis, data gathering and presentation preparation
  • Provide IdM Assessment Policy support IAW applicable government directives
  • Provide IdM Awareness and familiarization briefings to unit personnel and families
  • Assist with delivery and execution of the IdM Technicians course
  • Identify new operational security technology, techniques and best practices and provide guidance to affect required operational goals and decisions
  • Contribute to senior briefing materials and participate in meetings and briefings related to identity courses of action and best practices

Requirements

  • Completion of DoD Advanced Technician Course
  • Completion of DoD Due Diligence Course
  • 5 years of combined analytical support, research support, information operations, data mining, and/or cyber security
  • Three years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and law enforcement clients and programs
  • Working knowledge of social media, open and closed source research tools, data aggregators, cyber security, identity data providers as well as identity threat data providers
  • Possess working knowledge of open-source data providers, big data analytics, and social networking sites
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience developing and delivering formal and informal instruction
  • Experience with the full spectrum of SOF operations and SOF processes
  • Ability to travel up to 10% in CONUS
  • Must hold and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI
  • BS/BA Degree
