About the position

As an Identity Operations Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in supporting client missions by providing identity operations support, identity intelligence, and investigative analyses. You will work in a fast-paced environment, specifically supporting a Navy agency's biometrics branch. Your responsibilities will include delivering biometrics-enabled and identity analysis to worldwide field offices and headquarters staff, which is essential for force protection, counter threat operations, and law enforcement efforts. You will be tasked with researching and analyzing intelligence community (IC) data, historical records, and various databases to provide actionable insights and recommendations to government officers based on your findings. Utilizing next-generation analytical tools and tradecraft, you will focus on international criminal activity, force protection, and national threats, ensuring that your analyses contribute to the safety and security of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support client missions by providing identity operations support and identity intelligence.
  • Conduct investigative analyses to assist a Navy agency's biometrics branch.
  • Deliver biometrics-enabled and identity analysis to worldwide field offices and headquarters staff.
  • Research and analyze intelligence community data, historical records, and databases.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to government officers based on research and analysis.
  • Utilize next-generation analytical tools to focus on international criminal activity and national threats.
  • Support force protection and counter threat operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with identity intelligence or all-source analysis.
  • Experience with identity operations, operations support, and operations development.
  • Experience responding to requests for information and searching automated systems for data.
  • Experience with biometric-enabled intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of HUMINT tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to support some shift work in a 24/7 operation.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the European AOR.
  • Experience with biometrics systems.
  • Experience with DoD investigative organizations.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement tools, including NCIC, LInX, and D-DEx.
  • Professional Biometric Certification.
