About the position

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in operational activities aimed at reducing accounts receivable (AR) and enhancing Software as a Service (SaaS) revenues for Oracle. This position involves regular interaction with both internal stakeholders and external customers to facilitate collection activities, drive successful outcomes, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in managing customer engagements while navigating complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives.
• Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
• Communicate economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals to management.
• Drive the implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Facilitate collection activities and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Mid-level analysis skills in Oracle systems.
• Direct experience with accounts receivable (AR), collections, and client success initiatives.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Advanced attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills.
