About the position

The IDGCS Operations Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Oracle's operational activities aimed at reducing accounts receivable (AR) and enhancing Software as a Service (SaaS) revenues. This position involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external customers to facilitate collection activities, drive successful outcomes, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating complex situations while building trust with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives.
• Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
• Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
• Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Direct experience with accounts receivable (AR), collections, and client success initiatives.
• Flexibility, agility, and problem-solving skills to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate complex information succinctly and clearly.
